Restoration of Hooe Barn

The revised plans for the redevelopment of Hooe Barn as a retail unit, cafe, craft shop/studio, with the addition of an MOT garage to the East, were put before PCC Planning Committee on Thursday 4th April. The committee agreed after 1hr 25mins discussion to award a deferred decision so that further information could be provided about the North Gable window, the outcome of consultation, the works schedule and any noise generation.

There will be a public exhibition to view and comment upon the latest plans for the Hooe Barn area.

    I think a retailer like tescos would be great at hooe barn it would be serving from mount batten to plymstock village. And would be a lot busier than it is at the moment and the produce would be cheaper????
