Cozie Quarrie, Broad Park, Oreston, Plymstock – 09/00784/FUL
Formation of vehicular access to Broad Park, erection of private motor garage and provision of parking and turning area within the site curtilage (existing garage to be removed).
This application should mean motor vehicles using Definitive Public Footpath No.7 for access to the property. The path is also now recorded as part of the Coastal Footpath.
The existing garage off Orchard Crescent has perfectly adequate vehicular access.
The previous application for a two-storey dwellinghouse and garage has been omitted from this application.
