Boston’s development Bayly’s Road

Whilst a second application has been put forward to Planning for merely 92 residential homes, we are still terribly concerned about the levels of traffic.   We would rather see far fewer, higher value (to achieve Mr Boston’s financial target), executive type homes.  This will certainly address the concerns regarding traffic and enhance the area generally.     Councillor Michael Leaves is objecting to the development.   Contact him on Michael.leaves@plymouth.gov.uk or better write directly to the Planning Department supporting far fewer (higher valued) residential properties that enhance the local area and protect wildlife and the quality of life for all residents.
