Cavanna Homes will be holding a ‘Consultation Exhibition’ meeting to showcase the plan for 53 houses in the former Bostons’ Boatyard will be open for visitors on Wednesday the 15th February 2012 between 14:00 – 18:30 hours. Two planning applications for 222 homes had previously been refused.
An email today confirms that Redrow Homes South West have completed a recent topographical survey “to review the feasibility of redeveloping the adjacent, former, Boston’s boatyard”. There will be a further public consultation in January 2011 regarding the plans for the development off Barton Road at the western end of Hooe Lake. This will be held in the Watersports Centre at Mount Batten but as yet no date has been given. Pat Constable
