Wain Homes will be holding a Public Exhibition regarding use of the land at Radford Quarry. Radford Quarry (a designated County Wildlife Site – CWS) is situated off the South Eastern shore of Hooe Lake just behind the Castle. The proposal is regarding the building of more residential homes within the Quarry.

Wednesday 27th March 2013. 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Location:
Oreston Methodist Church Hall, Plymstock Road, Oreston, Plymouth. PL9 7LL
The exhibition is open to anyone with an interest in the proposal and offers the opportunity to view and discuss the plans with the developers.
Note: Although the purpose of the meeting is to inform, it could also be deemed that building companies could also use objections raised in meetings such as this to their advantage, potentially giving them the heads up to ensure that their planning application covers all bases and is honed to best suit the planning application requirements on it’s first attempt.
