Boston’s Boatyard topographical survey
An email today confirms that Redrow Homes South West have completed a recent topographical survey “to review the feasibility of redeveloping the adjacent, former, Boston’s boatyard”. Their surveyor was noticed in The Old Wharf a few days ago. The Senior Land Manager, Ben Leather for Redrow Homes South West, has agreed to contact our Residents’ Association if they decide to progress with this site.
We do not know if they have bought the land yet or whether it is subject to survey results.
